At Tower to Tower Arcade, we are committed to delivering high-quality commercial arcade machines and excellent customer service. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (large commercial equipment), returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or made-to-order machines
  • Machines that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your machine arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos as evidence
  • We will assess and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate

We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • We may deduct reasonable costs (e.g., delivery, restocking) where applicable

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may incur fees depending on order status
  • Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service
  • Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Warranty

All machines come with a warranty covering manufacturing faults.

This does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or neglect
  • Normal wear and tear
