Component failure

If any internal part — PCB, power supply, monitor, buttons, joystick mechanism — fails within 12 months of delivery, we send a replacement part at no charge. You keep the machine.

Transit damage

If your machine arrives with damage from the delivery journey, we cover all repair or replacement costs. You just need to note it on the delivery slip and send us photos within 48 hours.

Technical support

Software issues, calibration problems, display settings — we’ll walk you through fixes via WhatsApp. You’re never alone with a problem you don’t understand.

What’s not covered

Physical damage caused after delivery (drops, spills, accidents), modifications made by the buyer, or normal wear on consumables like coin mechs after heavy commercial use. Fair is fair.

Most standard arcade cabinets are between 65–75cm wide. A standard UK door is 76cm — so most machines fit, but it can be tight. When we contact you after your order, we’ll confirm the exact dimensions of your specific machine and help you plan access. If you’re unsure before ordering, just WhatsApp us with your machine interest and door width and we’ll advise immediately.
No. Every machine we sell runs on a standard UK 3-pin plug, 240v socket — the same as your kettle or TV. There is no special wiring, no 3-phase power, nothing technical. If a machine ever required anything different, we’d tell you clearly in the product listing.
We don’t currently offer formal instalment plans through the website, but WhatsApp us — for larger orders we’re sometimes able to arrange a deposit and balance structure on a case-by-case basis. It’s always worth asking.
In-stock machines typically dispatch within 2–5 business days. Delivery to most UK addresses takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Pre-order items will have an estimated dispatch date listed on the product page. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline — we don’t promise what we can’t deliver.
