Created in collaboration with Marvel Comics, Stern’s The Uncanny X-Men Pinball Machine drops players into the Days of Future Past timeline — a world ruled by Sentinels — and challenges them to change history before it’s too late. Featuring Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, Gambit, Rogue, Jean Grey, and the full X-Men roster, the journey takes players through the Danger Room, Beast’s Lab, the X-Mansion, Genosha, and into legendary X-Men devices like Cerebro and the X-Jet — brought to life in animated comic book-style motion graphics by Zombie Yeti.

A Sentinel That Rises, Fights Back, and Destroys Your Ramps.

The playfield centerpiece is a mechanically articulated Sentinel whose large robotic head changes state based on player actions. On Premium and Limited Edition models, the Sentinel doesn’t just sit there — it rises from underneath the playfield and actively fights back by destroying your ramps or attacking the ball with its extended hands. On all editions, battling the Sentinel is the central dramatic arc of the game.

The Danger Room and a Playfield Built for Surprises.

The all-new Danger Room, positioned to the left of the main flippers, delivers a high-risk, high-reward sub-playfield with a mini-flipper and a novel outlane spinner. Unique crossing shots and ramp designs produce surprising ball trajectories that reward mastery and punish complacency. Premium and LE models add an elevated captive ball vari-target themed as Beast’s Lab for an additional precision challenge.
