We offer free shipping on all DOF Reality motion simulator platforms and accessories to the lower 48 contiguous United States. Trusted carriers like FedEx or DHL handle fast, insured delivery (typically in two large boxes for the platform, plus separate packaging for extras).

Shipping Timeline
Orders ship within 5-10 business days after payment clearance. Total delivery time is usually 3-4 weeks from order date. Tracking information is provided by email.

International Buyers
Platforms ship from Europe. International buyers may be responsible for customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or brokerage fees (not included in pricing). Use HS code 9504 50 00 00 for estimates.

Returns & Refunds
