Players face Rath the Relentless, a fully animatronic red dragon equipped with multi-axis motion and omnidirectional impact sensing. Voiced by Michael Dorn, Rath reacts to every action on the playfield, unleashing fire and shooting multiple pinballs from its mouth. Players must hit the 3-bank target to steal Rath’s treasure while using a metal shield between the flippers for both defence and precision shot opportunities.

The playfield is rich with interactive fantasy elements, including hidden dungeon passageways, an electromagnet-powered gelatinous cube that freezes pinballs and disappearing trap doors leading to dynamic dungeon levels.
