For an upgraded experience, our White Glove Service is available for a $1200 flat rate. This includes in-home delivery, full setup, and removal of all packaging.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method.

Warranty 

The manufacturer offers:

• A 1-year limited warranty covering defective parts on LCD monitors.
• A 6-month limited warranty covering defective parts on Electronic Boards.
• A 6-month limited warranty covering defective parts on Computers and Motors and 
• A 90-day limited warranty covering defective parts on all other parts.
