As a member of the Dragonshield Guild, players enter a fantasy world under the glass unlike anything pinball has produced before. At the center of it all is Rath the Relentless — a red dragon animatronic mech voiced by Michael Dorn with multi-axis motion and omnidirectional impact sensing technology that intelligently reacts to every player action in real time. Hit the 3-bank target to steal its treasure. When Rath breathes fire, multiple pinballs shoot from its mouth — and players can raise a metal shield between the flippers to block the attack and redirect shots.

Hidden Passageways, a Gelatinous Cube, and a Trap Door.

Beyond the dragon, the playfield is full of D&D secrets waiting to be uncovered. An electromagnet-powered gelatinous cube freezes the pinball mid-play. A disappearing trap door reveals hidden dungeon levels beneath the playfield. A treasure chest unleashes mimic monsters, and Fizmo’s Store lets players acquire unique items that affect gameplay in ways that unfold differently every session.

Shots and choices control the path of each campaign, leading toward different story endings — spanning characters, trinkets, weekly items, and unlockable characters after completion. Through Insider Connected’s PinSave System, players can save and resume character XP, inventory items, and campaign progress across sessions, or reset for a traditional pinball experience. Co-op play lets multiple players share progress on the same adventure.
