The Cornilleau Pro Park is a stationary outdoor table tennis table engineered for permanent public installation — parks, plazas, schools, and recreation facilities where vandalism, weather extremes, and heavy misuse are routine. Key Features

9 mm Laminate Playing Surface with MATTOP Anti-Glare Finish

The playing surface is a 9 mm laminated resin panel with rounded corners — the thickest outdoor panel in the Cornilleau range. Greater panel thickness produces a higher bounce and more pronounced spin response compared to thinner outdoor table surfaces. The MATTOP coating reduces sun glare ten times more than an uncoated surface, keeping outdoor play comfortable in direct sunlight.

70 mm Aluzinc® Frame Construction

The frame holding the playing surface is fabricated from Aluzinc®, a steel/aluminium/zinc alloy with documented corrosion resistance. At 70 mm in height, the frame maintains surface levelness over years of outdoor exposure — a taller frame provides more rigid support than the shallower frames found on lighter outdoor tables.

3,500 lb Load Rating and Vandal-Resistant Build

The Park has been laboratory and field tested to withstand static and dynamic loads up to 3,500 lbs. Structural elements are hot-dip galvanized steel. The laminate panels are shock-resistant, and the table is fire resistant and weatherproof — rated for continuous outdoor exposure to rain, snow, and prolonged sun. It is designed to remain functional under conditions common to unsupervised public installations.

Fixed Tamper-Proof Net with Optional Traditional Net Kit

The standard net is a fixed, galvanized steel unit painted white and secured directly to the tabletop — designed to absorb impacts without displacement or removal. For facilities that prefer a conventional fabric net, an optional traditional net conversion kit is available separately.

Three Ground Anchoring Options

The table ships with a ground mounting kit (four screws) for hard-surface anchoring. Two additional anchoring options are available: ballast containers filled with 180 kg of sand for surfaces where drilling is not possible, and a soft-ground anchoring kit for grass or soil installations. The wide-diameter legs (90 mm) provide baseline stability on any surface prior to anchoring.

Wheelchair-Accessible Design — EN 14468 Class B and EN15312 Certified

The Park’s table height, leg clearance, and overall geometry were developed in collaboration with Maxime Thomas, a four-time Paralympic medallist in para table tennis. The table meets and exceeds the EN 14468 standard (Class B) for outdoor sports equipment and the EN15312 standard for inclusive free-access recreational equipment.

How It Plays

Players approach from either end of the full-size 9 ft x 5 ft playing surface and rally directly on the 9 mm laminate top, which delivers a bounce and spin response closer to an indoor competition table than to a typical outdoor recreational surface. Bystanders see a level, stable table that holds position under active play — the wide-stance galvanized legs and ground-anchored frame show no flex or shift during volleys, which reads as institutional permanence rather than a portable consumer product.
